Somatic + Integrative Therapy
for Adults, Teens & Children
Guided by a warm, attuned, and somatically informed approach to therapy, I invite you to gently befriend the parts of you that have been misunderstood, exiled, or overwhelmed. My work weaves together relational depth, body-based awareness, and trauma-informed care.
If any of this resonates with you — if you’re longing for a therapeutic space where your full self can be held with warmth and respect — I invite you to reach out when you’re ready. You don’t have to navigate these experiences alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.
I have training, education and experience in psychotherapy and with specific emphasis on somatic mindfulness.
Training in EFT for couples and family therapy
Training in Child-Centered Play Therapy
I also have a separate massage practice, where I have worked with folks experiencing chronic pain and the physical impacts of grief, anxiety, depression, substance use, and structural inequality.
